SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION

UK ORDERS
We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and have set up different postage rates to cover different parcel sizes.

Standard delivery - within the UK costs £2.15
Orders containing wool - within the UK costs £2.95
Larger items - within the UK costs £2.95 (anything that is a parcel size to post such as wadding, sewing boxes, etc)
​
Delivery will be FREE for any UK orders over £40
​
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail's Second Class service. Royal Mail advise delivery should be received within 3-5 days of dispatch date.
​
The correct postage will automatically be calculated at the checkout, according to the items in your basket.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

EU Countries
We are pleased to now offer shipping throughout EU countries.

Orders containing wool - within EU countries costs £9.50
Larger items - within EU countries costs £9.50 (anything that is a parcel size to post such as wadding, sewing boxes, etc).

Crafty Mammy is based in NORTHERN IRELAND. Thankfully the Brexit agreement means that NO ADDITIONAL TAXES are payable on goods bought from businesses located in Northern Ireland.
​
In the very unlikely event where customs officials say taxes are due please point out our senders address in case NORTHERN IRELAND has been overlooked.

LOCAL ORDERS
We are based in Maghera, N.Ireland. Free collection can be selected at the checkout for anyone local who wishes to collect their order.
​
You will be emailed when your order is ready and to arrange collection.
​

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED/READY FOR COLLECTION?
Next day for weekday orders placed before 6pm.
Next working day for weekend or Bank Holiday orders.

RETURNS
Every effort will be made to provide full details and accurate images of all products, but please note colours can vary from screen to screen. Items will also be checked for quality before dispatch so we hope you will be happy with your purchase.

However, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, then please don't hesitate to contact us. We are happy to accept returns providing the item is returned to us in the same condition you received it. Please request a refund within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing craftymammyfabrics@gmail.com. Items should be returned within 14 days of your requested refund. Once the item is received back and checked, your refund will be processed, less the cost of original postage (unless the item received was faulty). The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
